- The video is your video to share
- Acknowledge that your video will also be posted onto Ococeandotcom's YouTube channel and be shared via this website as well.
- You are at least 18 years of age, and that you are using this Web site in compliance with these Terms; and
- Agree to publicly share your video by choosing to make your video public. Anyone can view it, and it may appear in search engine results.
All submissions become the exclusive property of OCocean.com. OCocean.com shall have the right to edit, adapt, and publish the video submitted, and may use this in any media with or without attribution or compensation to the entrant, his or her successors or assigns, or any other entity unless prohibited by law. OCocean.com reserves the right to remove website account access privileges to anyone who, in their opinion, has tampered with or disrupted the process or violated the rules.
