Beautiful 3-BR, 2-BA unit in new building across from the Convention Center in midtown Ocean City. Condo has large open floor plan, upgraded appliances, washer and dryer, A/C, cable TV and HBO, DVD player and VCR, local telephone service, stereo and a large balcony with bay and sunset views. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you could need. The building has an elevator and a pool. Parking is under the building in your two covered, reserved parking spaces. The condo is in a great midtown location and there are many things you can walk to, such as shopping and restaurants and you can even walk to Seacrets! If you don't feel like driving, you can walk down to the corner and hop on the bus for only $2.00 for all day rides. The beach is only a 30-second walk and there are no streets to cross. There are books, games, videos, DVDs, beach toys and even beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. Just bring towels, sheets (all beds are queen,) and paper products for your stay. The condo is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Unit sleeps 6 comfortably or 8 using pull-out queen-size sofa bed. A fully refundable security deposit is required. Prices vary depending on the week/season. Peak season is May - September and off-peak season is October to May. Weekly Saturday to Saturday rentals during the summer months (May to September.) Some May and September weekends may be available, but June, July and August are rented by the week only. Prices: All off-peak Saturday to Saturday weeks are $825-this comes with a $50 gift card for dinner at one of three restaurants! Off-peak weekends are $275 for a 2-night rental or $350 for a 3-night rental. Nightly rate during off-peak season, during the week is $125 a night. May weeks are $1,300. May weekends (when available) are $450 for a 2-night stay or $600 for a 3-night rental. ***Memorial WEEK is $1,600. June weeks are $1,800 to $2,000. July weeks and the first two full weeks of August are $2,450. Weeks for the second half of August and the first two full weeks of September are $1,600. Weekends in September (3-night minimum) when available, are $650 or $750 for a 4-night stay.
