Bus Permits
Buses in Ocean City are required to display a Bus Permit when entering city limits between May 15 and September 10. Bus permits can be obtained through the Ocean City Department of Tourism.

Parking arrangements must be made prior to submitting your request for a parking permit. Parking permits are issued for either private property parking or for municipal lot parking. Please arrange for your permit 2 weeks in advance.
Refunds are available only with 48 hours advance notice.
Permit is free when parking on private property. A $10.00 fee is charged for dropping off in Ocean City if not parking here on private property.
West Ocean City Park N Ride is subject to permit and fee process as well.
Parking
Privately owned business establishments (including hotels, motels, restaurants, and shopping malls) will usually allow you to park on their premises if you are patronizing their establishments during your trip.

After making all parking arrangements, complete and submit (by mail or fax) the charter bus application to the Tourism Department.
