How do I find out who has rooms available for Sunfest?Â

I recommend the Spinnaker on 18th Street and Baltimore Avenue (410) 289-5444.... http://www.purnellproperties.com/spinnaker They are a great place to stay, and you can keep you car parked in their spacious, secure lot, and ride the bus or boardwalk tram to all the festivities...... If they don't suit, then check out this website... http://ococean.com/accommodations Have fun!!!!

I am not sure about your price range but some family memebrs of mine stayed at the Beachmark Motel for Sunfest a few years ago for a great rate.Â
The Fenwick Inn also has excellent rates.
Basically every hotel will be open during Sunfest. My favorite hotels/motels in Ocean City that I have stayed at are:
Dunes Manor on 28th
Holiday Inn on 17th St
Hilton on 33rd
Clarion on 100th
Princess royale on 91st
Castle in the Sand on 37th

I highly recommend checking out www.ococean.com and entering your desired amenities, then when you are ready to book, visit www.ocean-city.com. They will provide you a listing of all available hotels as well as pricing. You can select the hotel/motel which best meets your needs, as well as your pocketbook. In addition, this website is offering many freebies just for booking through their site (like certificates for restaurants, activities, and so much more).
