We don't mail out information, but here are some excellent hotels for you to check out

Paradise Plaza Inn  9th St./boardwalk  www.paradiseplazainn.com
Park Place Hotel  2nd St/boardwalk  www.ocparkplacehotel.com
Grand Hotel   21st St./ boardwalk  www.grandhoteloceancity.com
Holiday Inn and Suites 17th St./boardwalk  www.ocsuites.com
Courtyard by Marriott  15th St./boardwalk  www.marriott.com

Just off the boardwalk, but within just a few steps:

Spinnaker Motel  18th St.  www.ocmotels.com/spinnaker
Dunes Motel 27th St.  next to the boardwalk and tram station www.dunesmotel.com
Dunes Manor Hotel 29th St.  1 block to the boardwalk  www.ocdunes.com

With that many people, you might also want to compare prices between hotels and condos. You might find a larger condo or two would be equal or even less in price.
Check these realtors for condo listings:

Holiday Real Estate  www.holidayoc.com
Coldwell Banker   www.cbvacations.com
Long and Foster  www.lfvacations.com
OC Vacations  www.ocvacations.com
Vacation Rentals by Owners   www.vrbo.com

With a group that large, the Holiday Inn is a great choice.  I would ask them about a group rate.  Most single hotel rooms only sleep 4 people.  If that does not fit your needs, there are many 3+ bedroom rentals available that a local realtor could help you rent.  A condo would also have laundry facilities and most have a pool.

Wow great week to head down. Here are some motels to check out boardwalk, oceanside.  www.ocmotels.com look for the Spinnaker property there alos check out the Sun N' Fun a few blocks from the boardwalk. Also the Sahara on 19th street at www.saharamotel.com  There is a Days Inn, look them up at www.daysinnboardwalk.com  Start with those places and look at them. They are close to all family activities and book a few rooms like we do and have a great time.

If you definitely prefer a hotel, visit www.ocisfree.com and not only will you get great rates and specials for your specific dates, but you may be eligible for free certificates for restaurants, attractions, etc.  A few hotels with kitchens near the boards, Holiday Inn Suites on 17th (our favorite), Quality Inn Boardwalk on 16th, and Spinnaker on 18th.

Another alternative is a condo to house everyone or perhaps two side by side.  We have dealt with Coldwell Banker Vacations (www.cbvacations.com) for over 10 years and they have always been able to find a vacation rental to meet our ever changing needs.  If you decide to call, ask for Breezy Kammermaier.

However, all the rental agences offer great units and would be able to assist as well.

Thank you,
Anna G.
