What you need to look at are what's called "mini-week" rentals.  Check with any of these fine OC realtors for what's available:
Holiday Real Estate   www.holidayoc.com
Coldwell Banker   www.cbvacations.com
Long and Foster  www.lfvacations.com
Vacation Rentals by Owner  www.vrbo.com
The Quality Inn and Suites on 33rd St. also has a 3 bedroom suite/condo inside the hotel that is total luxury. Contact Tara Nunan at 410-289-1234 for all the info.
Also, the Clarion Hotel, the Carousel, and the Princess Royale all have condos available with multiple bedrooms.
One note:  That is Cruisin OC weekend, so I suggest you book soon. That weekend is one of OC's busiest.

The Yellow Bird is a condo complex on 36th street bayside. All of their units have 3 bedrooms, it's really nice!  You can search for available rentals at www.cbvacations.com.

Call one of the local vacation rental agencies.  My family's favorite is Coldwell Banker simply because they offer a great selection of rental units.  If you decide to call them ask for Breezy Kammermaier.  We've worked with Breezy for the last 12-13 years and she's always able to find great rental options that meet our family's ever changing needs.

When you call the vacation rental agency, provide a list of desired amenities (ie bedrooms, baths, pool, etc.), location, dates, budget, etc.  The vacation specialist will then provide a list of available units which meet or exceed your needs.

Thank you and have a great vacation!
