Ahh! I am so lost. I am trying to plan our honeymoon, and we want a fun filled weekend. I think we want to be more in the action, have a drink and walk to our hotel room. I'm guessing on the boardwalk would be the best? These are the things we really want in a hotel room 1) King size bed (or at least 1 queen). 2) Jaquzzi 3) Partial or all ocean front view 4) Spacious room/suite..Including kitchen Looking to stay 5-7 days...and I can't seem to find anything around $200. Do you know of anything thats meets all of my requirments? Thanks!

Depending when your going but to find a nice boardwalk hotel room for $200 could be a tough task especially in July/August. But I can tell you that Hotel Monte Carlo on 3rd st and just a block back from the boardwalk has what you describe/want but being on the boards. I've stayed there in the past, very clean, great location and awesome rooftop pool. You could also search through www.ocean-city.com , click to their reservation page and punch in your dates and see whats available and rates.
Have Fun.

You don't say when your wedding will be and that info would be helpful.  Rooms in May and September will be less than June, July and August. And rooms from October to May will be even less.

A good place to start your search would be with these two websites.

www.ococean.com/rodney-saves/accomodations  or www.ocean-city.com  .

I really love the Holiday Inn and Suites on 17th St., but in the summer it will be out of your budget.  Off season, they have wonderful specials that would fit fine.
Honestly, don't limit your search to just the boardwalk. Ocean City is one long strip that is 10 miles long and there are restaurants, bars, amusements, and shopping on almost every block. And there is plenty of parking near the boardwalk for when you want to explore it.
Check out these hotels:
The Spinnaker on 18th
Holiday Inn and Suites on 17th
Dunes Manor on 29th
Rodeway Inn Oceanfront on 30th
Holiday Inn Oceanfront on 68th
Quality Inn Suites on 33rd
Princess Royale Hotel on 91st
Carousel Hotel on 117th
Econo Lodge on 145th

You might also be able to get a "mini-week" condo rental.  The one drawback to a condo for a honeymoon is that unless the condo offers linen rentals, you would have to bring your own. And do you really want to be changing sheets and making beds on your honeymoon?

These realtors offer mini weeks.

If you want to stay off the Boardwalk, the Princess Royale has a great honeymoon suite. If you want to stay on the Boards, try the Monte Carlo.

The Plim Plaza on 2nd street has a few rooms with a jacuzzi, it's an older hotel with outdoor pool and pool bar.

You didn't mention when you were looking to plan, which can definitely affect hotel pricing.

First, check out www.ocisfree.com.  Not only will you get all the available specials and packages for various hotels, but you may qualify for free certificates for local restaurants, attractions, and shopping.

Next, based on your hotel room criteria, I would suggest Holiday Inn Suites, Hilton, Grand Hotel, Monte Carlo, or Princess Royale.

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding and happy planning!
