We don't mail out information, but here are some excellent hotels for you to check out

Paradise Plaza Inn  9th St./boardwalk  www.paradiseplazainn.com
Park Place Hotel  2nd St/boardwalk  www.ocparkplacehotel.com
Grand Hotel   21st St./ boardwalk  www.grandhoteloceancity.com
Holiday Inn and Suites 17th St./boardwalk  www.ocsuites.com
Courtyard by Marriott  15th St./boardwalk  www.marriott.com

Just off the boardwalk, but within just a few steps:

Spinnaker Motel  18th St.  www.ocmotels.com/spinnaker
Dunes Motel 27th St.  next to the boardwalk and tram station www.dunesmotel.com
Dunes Manor Hotel 29th St.  1 block to the boardwalk  www.ocdunes.com

With that many people, you might also want to compare prices between hotels and condos. You might find a larger condo or two would be equal or even less in price.
Check these realtors for condo listings:

Holiday Real Estate  www.holidayoc.com
Coldwell Banker   www.cbvacations.com
Long and Foster  www.lfvacations.com

Lodging?  Restuarant?  Not sure here what you're looking for, but I'll assume you mean lodging.
Check with these realtors for condos:
Holiday Real Estate  www.holidayoc.com
Coldwell Banker  www.cbvacations.com
Long and Foster  www.lfvacations.com
OC Vacations www.ocvacations.com
Vacation Rentals by Owner www.vrbo.com

There are plenty of hotels on the boardwalk as well. Check with the
Holiday Inn and
Suites on 17th St.  www.ocsuites.com
Park Place Hotel

Tidelands Caribbean
Paradise Plaza Inn

If you mean restaurants:
Harrison's Harbor Watch at the Inlet

Shenanigans on 3rd St.
There are more, but that's just a few to get you started.

I have a chiahuaha, very well behaved. Are there any pet friendly condos? My husband and I are retired and the dog goes everywhere with us. We are ex-Marylanders reliving old times. Thanks.

There are plenty of pet friendly hotels and condos in OC. For condos, check these realtors:
Holiday Real Estate  www.holidayoc.com
Coldwell Banker  www.cbvacations.com
Long and Foster  www.lfvacations.com
Shoreline  www.shorepro.com
Vacation Rentals by Owners www.vrbo.com
OC Vacations www.ocvacations.com

Just be advised that OC has very strict dog laws and dogs of any size are not permitted on the beach or the boardwalk between May 1 and October 1, and all dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. There is a dog park on 94th St. that your pooch would enjoy.

We would like to stay at a hotel within a Quick walking distance to the amusements and restaurants. Can you recommend a hotel? Does the boardwalk have trams like the boardwalk in Wildwood, NJ?

Yes, the boardwalk does have a tram that runs the entire 2.5 miles of the boardwalk in the summer.  http://www.oceancitymd.gov/public_works/transportation.html

What amusements are you looking for? If you're looking for the boardwalk amusements (rides, arcades, etc.) then you'll want to stay below 10th St. for easy walking. The rides, etc are all within the lower area of named streets, then you begin the numbered streets, so you can plan on about 13 blocks to walk, which should be doable. Of course, any lower hotel will bring you closer.

Oceanic Motel  on the inlet at 1st St.  www.ocmdhotels.com
Paradise Plaza Inn  9th St.  www.paradiseplazainn.com
Park Place Hotel 2nd and 3rd Sts. www.ocparkplacehotel.com
Plim Plaza Hotel  2nd St.  www.plimplazaoc.com
Rideau Motor Inn  1st St.  www.ocean-city.com/rideau
Breakers Hotel  3rd St.  www.ocbreakers.com
Comfort Inn Boardwalk  5th St.  www.comfortinnboardwalk.com
Atlantic Hotel Oceanfront  Wicomico and boardwalk  www.atlantichotelocmd.com
Majestic Hotel  7th St.  www.ocmajestichotel.com
Tidelands Caribbean Hotel   4th St. www.tidelandscaribbean.com

Those are all on or very near the boardwalk.

If you want to be close to Jolly Roger's Amusement Park (www.jollyrogerpark.com) on 30th St. and all it has to offer, you can still stay on or near the boardwalk and get the tram to the other end for those things.
Grand Hotel   21st St.  www.grandhoteloceancity.com
Holiday Inn Suites  17th St.  www.ocsuites.com
Howard Johnson Oceanfront Inn  24th St.  www.hjoceanfrontplaza.com
Days Inn Oceanfront  23rd St.  www.daysinnboardwalk.com
Dunes Manor 29th St.  www.dunesmanor.com
Dunes Motel  27th St.  www.ocdunes.com
Rodeway Inn  www.rodewayinnoceanfront.com

That should get you started in your search.

You need to contact the rental agencies to have one mailed to you.  Here are some:
Holiday Real Estate  www.holidayoc.com
Coldwell Banker  www.cbvacations.com
Long and Foster   www.lfvacations.com
Shoreline  www.shorepro.com
Condo Realty  www.condorealtyinc.com
Coldwell Banker/Bud Church Realty  www.coldwellbankerbudchurch.com
Century 21   www.century21newhorizons.com

Each company has it's own listings so you'll have to request a brochure from each one.

You can also request visitor guides to all that Ocean City has to offer at www.ococean.com/visitor-guide  and  www.oceancity.org/vacation-guide .

The best place to find what you're looking for is www.ocean-city.com .  Scroll down to where you see "search hotels and bookoline" and click on it. Enter your dates and it will bring up a list of all  hotels and prices available so you can compare.  Other good sites to check are www.ococen.com/rodney-saves/accomodations   and www.ocisfree.com .
The ocisfree site will give you coupons for discounts and free items from restaurants, amusements, and merchandise all over OC. I've used it and saved quite a bit.
Have fun!

One of my favorites downtown is the Talbot St. Inn. Very reasonable rates too! http://www.talbotstreetpier.com/talbotinn/.  It is located on the bay so you will have beautiful views and it is only a few blocks from the Boardwalk. A quick walk to The Cork Bar, The Pour House, Pickles Pub, The Bearded Clam, The Harbor Inn, The Purple Moose Saloon and Shenanigans. Don't forget if you want to visit the bars in midtown such as The Mother's Cantina, the Sandbar, 28th St. Pit and Pub, Buxy's Salty Dog Saloon, Johnny's Pizza and Pub and Seacrets and further uptown like The Greene Turtle or Hooters, The Bus is the way to go.  Only $1 per ride or $3 for an all day pass.

You can check out www.bringfido.com , but not all hotels are open this time of year. The Clarion on 101 st. accepts pets and is open year round. Prices should be reasonable that time of year.

I suggest looking for what's called a "mini week" condo rental.  Mini weeks are either Monday to Thursday, or Friday to Monday.  Best places to look are with any of the Ocean City realtors such as these:
Holiday Real Estate   www.holidayoc.com
Coldwell Banker  www.cbvacations.com
Long and Foster  www.lfvacations.com
Vacation Rentals by Owners www.vrbo.com
