Lots of great restaurants are open year round including most restaurants in large hotels. Here is a list of a few, and I have eaten at most of them in the winter time, but I'd still call ahead to double check that they are open:

Captain's Table - 410.289.7192 - 15th Street on the boardwalk in the Courtyard by Marriott
Coins Pub - 410.289.3100 - 28th Street on Coastal Highway
Harpoon Hannas - 800-227-0525 - Route 54 / 142nd Street at the MD/DE line
Harborside - 410.213.1846 - West OC on the south side of the commercial harbor
Bonfire (weekends only) - 410.524.7171 - 77th Street
32 Palm - 410.289.6444 - 32nd oceanfront in the Hilton
Victoria Room - 410.289.1100 - 28th Street oceanfront in the Dunes Manor
Bayside Skillet - 410.524.7950 - 77th Street
Galaxy 66 - 410.723.6762 - 66th Street
Little House of Pancakes (breakfast) - 410.520.0407 - 74th Street

Where are some cheap but semi-formal places to eat in OC? Myself and my friends are coming down in June and one night we would like to get dressed up and go somewhere nice to eat dinner. We don't want to spend big bucks so is there a nice affordable place to eat dinner? Is there anything some-what fancy that is not going to break the bank? Thanks!

I read it is opening in April. I do not think renovations have started on the property yet. I am excited for them to open though.

I'll be in OC in Feb (washington bday weekend) and need some Oyster Stew. Harrison's Harbor Watch is my most favorite, but since they are closed for the winter, I need something comparable. Any suggestions to help with my craving?

I know Oysters are on the menu at 94th St. Liquid Assets.  Oyster Stew might be a special.  Here is a link to their sit ehttp://www.la94.com/ocean-city-maryland-restaurant-menu/Dining-Menu.  Watermans Seafood Co. in West OC also serves steamed Oysters and might also offer Stew as a special .http://crabsoc.com/about.  Another place to try is Fagers Island.  They also serve oysters.

There are no shortage of restaurants open year round in OC.  A few buffets, Reflections, Horizion's, Captain's Table, Mio Fratello's, Shark on the Harbor, Coins, and BJ's on the Water to name a few. You'll have no problem finding excellent places open.
