What restaurants are open at this time of year?

There are no shortage of restaurants open year round in OC.  A few buffets, Reflections, Horizion's, Captain's Table, Mio Fratello's, Shark on the Harbor, Coins, and BJ's on the Water to name a few. You'll have no problem finding excellent places open.

There are lots of places open. Most major hotel's restaurants are open year round. You can also often get a list of open places at he Visitor's Center at the south end of the Convention Center

Here are a few that are open year round that I enjoy. They are all supposed to be open, and I have eaten at most of them in the winter time, but I'd still call ahead to double check that they are open:
