Janu,

The beach and Boardwalk are what I think matters most for one day.  I would try and eat somewhere overlooking the ocean as well.  Next time, come back and stay for several days.  It is hard to really enjoy all there is to do in just one day.

Enjoy the beach as long as you want to!  I would spend most of my time in the sand then I would head to the boardwalk.  The Boardwalk and the beach is what Ocean City is all about.  Enjoy it.

Hopefully you're going Sunday, fireworks start at 9:30!  I would hang out on the boardwalk, there is so much to do there. And you can hop on the bus and go to Seacrets on 49th. Those are the two places I would hang out if I could only go for one day.

Wow, so much to do and so little time!  First off, I would walk to boardwalk and stop for Thrasher's Fries, or my son's new favorite, funnel cake fries.  Then, head to the beach for some relaxing time.  If you love to swim, give that a try or just put your toes in the water as the waves come in.  I love to walk right along the edge where the surf just goes over my feet.  Of course during all this, you will want to stop at a few more places on the boardwalk for other foods and make your lunch out of the "snacks" that you try.  I would also say you definitely want to spend time at the inlet....oh my, this is harder than I thought, only one day....anyway, check out the kite loft.  It is amazing.  And, make sure you get Fisher's popcorn.  If you need some air conditioning, pop into the life saving museum on the inlet. It is very informative and fun.

For one day time is very important. I would head right to the beach, lay out for an hour or so. Then it's time for lunch, Anthony's on 17th st for a sandwich and fries. Go up to the boards to walk off the food, maybe hit a few arcades, shops and buy a t-shirt. Snack time , Fishers Popcorn or Thrashers fries will settle the stomach. Now hit a put put for some mini golf or go to Jolly Rodgers speed track a few laps. Supper time either Phillips if very hungry or just Fish tales for a light supper. Before heading home I would walk the boards one more time to play some games.
