Where is the Hugh T. Cooper parking lot located, address? Also is it reasonably close to the boardwalk? Thanks
Parking at the inlet costs about $2.50 an hour but your 1st 30 minutes are free.

At the end of the inlet. Off of Philadelphia avenue. The boardwalk is right there! Go on up to Harrison's Harbor Watch you may see a glimpse of horses over on Assateague Island.

There is another parking lot on 4th St. and Balitmore. It's smaller but, I usually find a spot there.
