Hi there, I just received the news that my fiance got a job in Ocean City, MD. I'm looking for info on the city in general. Where to live, jobs, real estate.

Lucy,

A great website to get basic information is of course, www.ococean.com, but the other one that provides information on living and working in OC is the Town's website (http://www.oceancitymd.gov/).

Both sites will provide lots of information, links and such.

Congratulations on your fiance's new position and your relocation!

Lucy,

Congratulations.  I would contact a local realtor for advice on where to live.  We have used Ryan Ray at Prudential Carruthers for years and he is a great guy.  There are many long term rentals available.  As for jobs, I would look in the local papers available at grocery and convenience stores.  Some stores post help wanted signs as well.  OC is a very easy town to live it.  I am sure you will enjoy it!
