I am looking for a place to celebrate my grandson's 6th birthday on Sunday, 9/5. There will be 6 kids (ages 1 1/2 thru 11) & 6 adults. Any suggestions?

Sue,

Check out the Planet Maze (http://www.planetmaze.com/) which is great for kids of all ages.  There is indoor play area, laser tag, games, and mini-golf.

Old Pro Golf as well offers birthday parties.  Their 68th Street location has indoor and outdoor courses, arcade area, and small cafe.  Their website is http://oldprogolf.com/.

The other option I would recommend is the Carousel - they have an indoor ice rink that you could rent for a private party.  Their website is http://www.carouselhotel.com/.

Happy 6th birthday to your grandson and hope you have a great weekend!

Thank you,
Anna G.

Sue,
Old Pro Golf on 138th Street has a brand-new indoor golf course with a great area for cutting a cake.  Anna provided the link above.  We have seen many a party there this summer.

Also check out the Original Smith Island Cake Company in the Ocean City Outlets. They provide everything for your son's party.

Three other places that you may like that cater to kids include:

FishTales
De Lazy Lizard
and
Dead Freddies

All three are restaurants that have kids play areas.

You may also want to contact your hotel...they may offer some things to make your grandson's day extra special.  If your grandson is an ice cream fan, you may want to check out Dumser's Dairyland for some yummy treats.  It is a diner, and noisy families are very welcome!  Have a great celebration!
