I was thinking of staying at the Holiday Inn on the boardwalk on Dec 27th to 29th and was wondering if there is anything open on the boardwalk?
If you are staying at the Holiday Inn Suites, you will love it! We stayed there last year.

About 20% of the stores are open. Marty Playland is open as is Trimpers indoor rides. There is still enough to do to make it fun.

A lot will depend on the weather. No rides will be open, except perhaps Trimper's indoor rides. But there will be some stores open. I believe Fisher's popcorn only opens on the weekends. A lot of restaurants around town will still be open too.

We were in OC a couple weeks ago and on the boardwalk on Saturday afternoon. There were so many places open for shopping, dining, as well as attractions. Granted their hours are limited and based on the weather, but it was great to be on the boardwalk the middle of December and be able to look around.
