The sites listed above great places to start, but I believe most companies require and in-person interview to hire.  I believe you will have an easy time finding a job in Ocean City.  Given how good your English is, you will have no problem finding a job.  I would arrive in Ocean City as soon as you can as job begin filling up in mid-May.  There are always jobs available in Ocean City in the summer.

I would check ocsummerjobs.com.  Also, usually you can check with the student center here and that information should have been provided to you through your school.  Jolly Rogers has alot of summer jobs to fill so you may want to view their site as well.

You can also apply at the Candy Kitchen. They also provide housing for their employees. http://www.ocsummerjobs.com/
You could also pick up a lot of the free newspapers around town or online and check their classified sections.
