They are still open but just on a more relaxed schedule.  Splash Mountain will be closed after Labor Day Sunday.

Yes the boardwalk is open after labor day. The rides are only open on weekends but other then that the boardwalk is still hopping and you'll find plenty to do!

Yes, the stores are generally open everyday until Sunfest ends, then open on "nice" weekends in the fall.  About 80% of the stores are open in October.

There is plenty to do in September. It is my favorite time of year in OC! The weather is still nice, the beaches an water are warm, and the crowds and prices are down!

Most restaurants are still open and many of the boardwalk shops. On weekends almost all of them will be open, but many are open all week. Most entertainment attractions except the major amusement parks, tour boats, and water parks are open, especially on weekends. Trimper's and Pier Rides may be open on weekends , but are closed during the week. Jolly Rogers is closed.  You can golf, mini golf, laser tag, visit arcades, go cart, or visit the Ocean Casino and play the slots.

The crowd is smaller than in the summer. There will be plenty of people around, but no traffic jams or long waits to get into your favorite places.

There are lots of places that are open year round on weekends, and plenty that are open all week too.
