You can also try vrbo.com and frbo.com for rentals by owners.  They both have a good selection of condos, town homes, and single family homes.

The best way to find out about rental properties is to contact one of the local realtors to find a unit that best meets your needs. Two realtors I've used and been very happy with are:

Coldwell Banker:  800.633.1000 http://www.cbvacations.com/
Shoreline Properties: 800.492.5832  http://www.shorepro.com/

I'd use their websites to look at units, but call them to ask questions and make a reservation. Condo's usually rent in one week increments, but some units offer part week rentals. These realtors also handle seasonal and annual rentals.
