Fresh Fish:Â The Shark on the Harbor
Crabs: They are not all the same. I like Wye River Crabs. The Crab Bag is the best place for crabs.
My favorite mini golf course is at Embers. (no particular reason)
Casino:Â According to the paper this week, the casino met the projected summertime numbers.
Favorite Cruising Car: The Ravens Car of course. 8)

Best fish place -The Shark in West OC
Crabs-Â depends on how they are cooked, Crab Alley is my favorite, also in West OC
Mini Golf- Old Pro on 23rd, Temple of Dragons....because they have fire breathing dragons.Â
Life Guards- 1 on each block so over 100 total.Â

Coolest Car- I've never been to cruise weekend but, I love the Batmobile at Ocean Gallery.Â

What is the BEST fresh fish place in all of Ocean City, MD?
If you want to cook it yourself the two best places are Martin's Fish Company and Waterman's Seafood Market.
If you want to eat fresh fish in a restaurant The Hobbit, Captain's Galley, Harrison's Harbor Watch, and Captains Table all have great fresh fish.
Are all crabs the same, or does it really matter where they come from?
They are not all the same. Most all you can eat (AYCE) places serve medium size crabs which are pretty small and harder to pick. Larger crabs cost more, but you get more meat for less work. This is the best time of year for crabs, and crabs from the rivers of the Chesapeake are ideal. My favorite places to get crabs are Crabs-to-Go (West OC at the corner of 50 and 589, for take them home and eat them) and Bahama Mamas on Wicomico Street at the bay (for eat at the place). I always order the biggest ones any place has because I enjoy the large ones more.
What is your favorite mini golf course, and WHY?
I like the dinosaur course at 67th Street, I've played it the most and it has lots of interesting holes and landscaping. I am a fan of the Old Pro Courses.
How many life guards are there?
I wondered about this for a long time, and last year I asked Butch Arbin, the Captain of the OCBP the answer. During the peak season there are 92 stands covered by 109 Surf Rescue Technicians (SRT). In addition, there are about 16 officers of the OCBP on the beach most days of the summer.
Is it the longest stretch of guarded beach on the east coast?
No, but it is close, and it is probably the longest stretch of free public beach on the east coast if not in the whole United States. Ocean City has 10 miles of free public guarded beach. The longest stretch of guarded beach on the east coast is 12 miles of guarded beach in Long Beach Island, NJ. While this is a public beach, it is not free.
Is the Dew Tour going to return?
Maybe, a lot of people hope they will return, and they did break their attendance record, so it seems like a good chance they will return, but nothing official has been announced yet. last year they announced the venues in March
How did the new casino do this summer?
Very well. The local governments and schools seem very happy with the money they get paid as part of the Casino revenue sharing plan.
How much $ to franchise a Fractured Prune?
I've been eating these donuts since The Fractured Prune was still called Josh's. That's over 40 years! The franchise fee is $27,500 with a recurring costs of 5% of sales and1% of sales as advertising fee. Click here for more information if you want to franchise in your area.

What is the BEST fresh fish place in all of Ocean City, MD? I think it depends upon which fish you are looking for...there are crab houses that specialize in steamed crabs, and there are others that specialize in other types of fish such as Bombora, Harrison's Harborwatch, and Reflections.
Are all crabs the same, or does it really matter where they come from? I am not sure what you mean by the same, but they vary in size. MD is known for their blue crabs; steamed being the preferential way to enjoy them.Â
What is your favorite mini golf course, and WHY? My favorite mini golf: The Old Pro on 67th. Why? Because it is where we took my daughter for her first game, who LOVED dinosaurs at the time, the line was extremely long that night and we left halfway through. When the folks at the counter asked why we had decided to leave, we explained it was way past bed time, we wanted to call it quits while everyone in the group was still having fun, etc., they gave us rainchecks (despite it being a perfect night for putt putt) to come back another time. The facility also offers an indoor golf course, snack, bar, arcade, is very clean, and as you can see from my example, the customer service is some of tbe best you will see on the East Coast!

Our favorite mini golf courses are the Old Pro golf courses as we can play rain or shine and all throughout the year as they have both indoor and outdoor locations.
