If you are referring to scooters like Razor scooters, then no. If you are referring to mobility scooters for handicapped persons, they can use them any time with no restrictions.
If the operator is handicapped, he or she can use a power scooter on the boardwalk. If not handicapped, one cannot ride
powered devices on the boardwalk at any time.
