I am a college student hoping to live/work in Ocean City this summer with one roommate. What resources are available to help me find a job and place to live (with reasonable season rate)?

There is a job fair coming up on March 30th. Definately try to attend that, you'll also be able to find housing in the local newspapers. Plus a lot of renters advertise signs right on their buildings.

Phillips Restaurant houses their employees, they will be at the job fair recruiting!

Comment on - The first thing I'd do is ask each employer that you interview with if they either provide summer housing, because some do, or if they work with an agency that can assist you with obtaining summer housing.  You can also check with the Greater Ocean City Chamber of Commerce for information....... www.oceancity.org

If you are looking for an inexpensive and small place to live, try any of the trailer park rentals in Ocean City, especially Montego Bay..  They can be affordable for the summer.
