Get Answers from the OC Insiders
I have a killer food product and I want to sell it in Ocean City MD. I will be using a small trailer kiosk for sales. I was wondering after all the licensing is taken care, where I am allowed to locate it. Are there certain parts of the boardwalk that I can role my kiosk onto? Or side streets maybe 4th or 5th street?

Hello. Once you get all your health and food licences, contact the OCMD police dept and find out the vendor fees and vendor licences and the boardwalk regulations. 1-410-723-6610. Also the Chamber of Commerce as well 1-410-213-0144. Good Luck.

I would contact the town of Ocean City, 410-289-8824. They can direct you. I am not sure of the regulations involved.

First thing for you is to contact the town of OC. After you find out what their rules are for this you will also need to contact the Worcester County Health Department in Snow Hill, MD for the proper permits and inspections etc. Good luck with your venture!
