Believe the beach umbrellas are only available for rental through Labor Day. However, the Sunsation shops, Rose's, Walmart, etc. are all open and you can find great deals on beach supplies. I have found you actually can find deals on umbrellas and chairs which is more economical than renting.
Do you know of a good bakery in OCMD to get a "real" birthday cake? I used to go to Del Vecchio's in Fenwick Island every year for my mom's birthday cake (the best!!) but I just saw that they closed! Any suggestions?

For a baked cake (not ice cream), I would recommend Desserts By Rita in West Ocean City. Her number is 410-213-7778 and her website is: www.dessertsbyrita.com
I am going to ask a silly question, but here goes. I was just curious as if anyplace in OC sells Boars Head cold cuts. I would like to try to save some money and buy them for our lunch. Thank you.

Is there any other water taxi service other than The Buzz Boat Water Taxi? The guy who does the service will not be available the weekend I'm taking a vacation. It's such a fun idea and was curious if there is any other options out there?
The brochure specifies bar hopping to many of the bayside hot spots.
The company name is Chesapeake Yacht Services and their number is (410) 627-7999. It indicates to call for rates and reservations - so can't comment on fees associated with this service.
Depending on which part of twon you are in depends on if you will be charged a fee or not. You will be charged for handicapped parking on the side streets if it is a metered street.
Is there any way to avoid the traffic around the Christiana Mall area on the drive to and from Pennsylvania? We sit here forever in both directions. I always think that we should take the mall exit and then re-enter the highway somehow, but further down.
