What parasailing places are on the bay side? I want to ride in the boat to watch my daughter go up, but I don't want to ride in such a small boat on the ocean!

Is there a place to rent convertible - preferably a sports car - in OC?
I would suggest you call well in advance to Enterprise Rental in West Ocean City and request a specific car. That way they can check what's available and hopefully get one in and have it ready for you when you get there.

Where can you take your family fishing where they also offer rod rentals?

Where is there a nice park for kids 4 and under? Not a water park, a park with swings and slides. I am staying on 84th and Coastal Highway but am willing to drive to it. Thank you.
There is one on 136th, 125th and 3rd. The one on 136th is pretty secluded and great for small kids.

While visiting OC I need to rent a sand wheelchair so my mother can get on and off the beach. Do you know where I can get one? We will be renting a house for the week of 7/24.

What is the temperature in OC in January, February & March?

The average winter temperature in Ocean City is listed at 41 degrees. I'm not sure where you are from, but it is very similar weather/temperature to that of Harrisburg, PA and Baltimore, MD.... the thing that could impact how it feels outside though is the wind off the ocean... that can bring what it feels like down significantly.
