I am seriously considering moving to OC, Md but when I research houses and apts for rent all I get is vacation properties and seasonal only. Where do I find information on long term permanent housing?
A good average price for a two bedroom non-oceanfront condo is about $1200 a month for a year-round rental.

What is the website to apply for the Ocean City VIP program for upcoming events i.e. Springfest, Sunfest?
I saw it on the screen at Sunfest but didn't copy it.
You can apply for the OC VIP program through the Recreation and Parks Department at http://oceancitymd.gov/recreation_and_parks/vip.html.

Does the boardwalk tram run all year? We're going this weekend (9/29-9/30) and my father might like a ride.
The boardwalk tram is closed for the season. It was running for Sunfest weekend but it closed again for the season. There will be boardwalk trams running to take you around the Winterfest Lights during the Christmas season at Northside Park. I am planning a trip there in November for my birthday I'm wondering what to expect while I'm there.
There are also many events and festivals going on this time of year. Two of my favorites are the Holiday Craft Show at the Convention Center and the Winterfest of Lights. Like the others said, it is a much quieter time to come to OC.

it dose what happen to the sand and ocean ?
It does snow in OC, but not too often. I've been there for two different major snowstorms (over 6" each) and the sand gets covrfed. Most of the snow melts in the ocean, but if there is enough snow and it is cold enough the bay will get large slushy areas on the top of the water. Here are some pictures.

Anybody know we I can buy oc md zippered sweatshirts on line?
I really like the little car in front of Ripleys. Can you tell me what kind it is and where can I buy one like it?
Created by the Peel Engineering Company in 1962 the The Peel P50 is the world's smallest street legal car.
The car is only 53 inches long and 39 inches wide and weighs a feathery 132 pounds.
The Peel P50 can reach staggering speeds of 40 MPH on it's three wheels.
The only drawback is the car has no reverse gear, but with the attached handle it's easy to maneuver it yourself.

A wanna come to OC, Monday Oct 22. Just for a day. Is there alot to do during this time of the year?
I truly enjoy OC in the fall. You may find some of the boardwalk shops closed, but if the weather is nice - definitely some will be open, just with shorter operating hours.
Fall is a great time to take in the beach, ride bikes on the boards, get great specials at many local restaurants, youc an enjoy attractions, such as mini-golf, with no waiting, and so much more.
