I understand there is no grilling in ocean city as in gas or charcoal grills. However, I have an electric grill such as the common non stick plug in grill/griddle, it has no flame. Can those be used to grill with? thanks

Are you staying at a hotel? If you are, plug their address in, that way you're not searching for it once you get to OC. There are 2 ways to enter OC, route 50 and 90. 90 will take you to 60th street which is an easier way if you're hotel/condo is in that area or further North. Stay on route 50 East if you're hotel is near the Inlet/Southern end of OC. You'll see the sign for these routes once you get on route 50East.

Anywhere in OC is a good place to stay as the bus runs 24/7 for $3 a day. Many restaurants, shops, bars, taverns all up the coastal highway and boardwalk for you to enjoy. But if I was to stay on the boardwalk and be close to everything I would look into Park Place, Tidelands, Hotel Monte Carlo and the Plim Plaza. The Plim might be your best bet, its the cheapest boardwalk hotel but a very plain hotel. The Plim has a great pool bar scene to make up for their basic rooms. Your age group will want to check out

I am reading on the OC website, info on Beach wheelchairs. We are visiting OC the first or second week of July. I wanted to ask if theres an organization that would loan, or rent us a motorized wheelchair for approx. 3 days.We are not interested in the big wheel beach/sand traveling wheelchair, also we would need more distance allowance than the one block, North and South of the pick up area. I deeply appreciate your assistance with this matter.

Many of the places in Ocean City have Facebook pages and will offer discounts occasionally.  Plus if you sign up for their newsletters, or get on their email lists, they will send coupons from time to time. They also have coupons on their webpages as well.

More good sources for discounts in OC are to sign up on these sites:

www.landmarksgreatdeals.com
www.delmarvalifedailydeal.com
and
www.restaurants.com

For hotels, check out www.ocisfree.com . They will give you freebies and great discounts when you book through them.
