I am a college graduate looking to work in OC or Fenwick this summer before heading off to graduate school in the fall and was wondering if there is any possiblity of finding reasonable housing. I am a responsible, dependable non-smoking male and would prefer to stay in north OC or Fenwick. Any suggestions or help?
Check with the business you will be working for - many of the local businesses have housing available or can assist in finding housing for their summer employees.
Look on Craigs List or www.frbo.com.
Visit the local newspaper websites (ie http://www.usnpl.com/mdnews.php).
Stop by local grocery stores or convenience stores and check out their community boards for rentals.
Hope this helps and have a great summer in OC!

Where's a good place to have a few drinks and catch the sunset in OC?
There are a lot of great places to catch the sunset. One of the more romantic places to do it is at the end of the pier at Northside Park. But if you want something a little more public, Seacrets, BJ's on the Water, MR Ducks, or any of the bayside bars and restaurants are ideal. A new place to enjoy dinner, drinks and the sunset is the Skyline atop the Fenwick Inn on 138th St. Bayfront dining with gorgeous views. It's very hard to beat this one.

Are dogs allowed on the boardwalk?
Dogs (except guide dogs) are not allowed on the beach or boardwalk from 1 May to 30
September. This law is enforced fairly strictly.
Leashed dogs are allowed in OC's parks, and there is a dog park at 94th Street. You can get more info about it here: http://ococean.com/things-to-do/oc-local-parks-and-playgrounds/ocean-city-dog-playground

I was planning a trip in Sept. I was wondering if there was anything special going on and if so should I make reservations or just try my luck and come.
September is my favorite time to be in OC. September is just like the rest of the summer but with lthe best weather of entire year, fewer people, cheaper lodging, easier parking, less traffic and less congestion. Plus the restaurants have no waits! Sunfest, Bikefest and wine festival are in September - three of my favorites.

Is there somewhere to renew your wedding vows ?
There are several places in OC for wedding vow renewal ceremonies. Contact Princess Royale, Clarion, Fager's Island, or Castle in the Sand. Each of the above hotel websites offer information on wedding planning.
Or try one of the local wedding planners (ie Weddings by the Seashore), or try www.ocgroups.com for great information on their services.
Have a wonderful time!
