Ok, so when is senior week? Also, I found a plcae to rent there and I want to know what questions I should ask the owners? Please help :)
The most important question is do they rent to seniors for senior week. Make sure that is in your contract, as it can be grounds for eviction that week.

I am looking at staying at a condo on 115th. They only provide parking for one car. Is there any place near by to park? Preferably for free, but if the price is reasonable I am willing to pay. We would be staying June 25, 2012 for 4 days.
There is not a lot of parking in that immediate115th Street area on the ocean or bay sides. However, north of the Carousel (119th Street north) there is lots of street parking on the ocean side. You will be able to park on these side streets for free. I have parked in this area and it is safe and you can leave your car there for several days at a time. At that time of June it should be fairly easy to find parking in this area.

Will Ocean City be hosting any pro beach volleyball matches anytime soon and if so will they be advertised?
The Croc's Tour and the EVP schedules haven't been announced yet, so I can't give you an answer right now. But I'm sure once they are, they will be advertised. Keep in mind that the Olympics will take place in London this summer, so many pro players will be in training before then.

What date does the pier (rides,games,etc.) open officially for the Summer season? And will it be running during SpringFest?
Some rides will be open for Springfest (May 3 - 6) at least on Saturday, but not all rides
will be open. Rides will likely be open only on weekends in early May.
By Memorial Day at the end of May all rides are open everyday.

Are the shops on the boardwalk open year round or do some / most close after Labor day?
The Boardwalk shops start to close after Labor day, but most are open at least on weekends into October. After October, many are open only on weekends if the weather is nice. The fewest shops are open in January and February and then they begin reopening in mid March. Most are open for Springiest the first weekend in May and all are open everyday by mid to late May.
At this time of year during the week very few shops are open. On weekends, especially if it is sunny some of the shops, particularity near the south end will be open. More shops will likely be open President's Day weekend as this weekend is a bit busier than others in February. It is impossible to name the specific shops that will be open as most shops don't have fixed schedules in the deep off season. However, most weekends in the winter Marty's Playland, Thrashers, Dough Roller, Kite Loft, Ocean Gallery, Ripley's, a few Jewelery Stores, and some T-shirt shops seem to be open along the boardwalk.

My friend and I are Irish college students and are really interested in doing a J1 in Ocean City MD. The city looks amazing with it's board walk and beach! Is it difficult to get decent, accommodation that isn't too pricey for the months May to August? And how hard would it be to find work for these months?
Some businesses are starting to hire for the summer season but many hire in February and beginning/middle of March.
The Ocean City 2012 job fair is March 17 from 9am -2pm at the Convention Center.

What streets involve the Boardwalk? We want to come there this summer but we want accomodations on the boardwalk.
The Boardwalk runs from the Inlet to 27th Street. If you want to stay on the Boardwalk, check out the Spinnaker Motel on 18th Street and Oceanside.... it's steps away from the boardwalk, and is situated in what I think is the best area to stay in Ocean City...... www.ocmotels.com/spinnaker

Thinking of visiting OC the beginning of June. June 3rd-5th (Sun-Tues). Is there 'anything' going on that week, meaning, is it 'senior week' 'biker week', etc etc??
Although there are no formal events, the City will be in full swing and the weekends will be busy.
