Years ago, I think I remember a Ocean City version of the Monopoly game being sold at small tourist shops in OCMD. If this sounds familiar, do you know if it's still being sold in OC and where I could get one?

Yes, I have that game. It is called O.C. Oploy. I believe it was done by the OC Chamber of Commerce and was put together by a company called Express Printing who develops such games for lots of organizations. It came out over 20 years ago and has been hard to find. A few years ago a newer version was planned, but I never saw it come out. Sometimes a shop around town will have an older coy, but you are more likely to find one on eBay or Etsy.

The game you are looking for is called O.C.Opoly.  It is a similar but an unlicensed version of Monopoly which is owned by Hasbro.  I am not sure an official version was ever released.  You can try www ocmonopoly.com to sign up to receive an email when the official game is released.

Until then, you can try and find an O.C.Opoly game on eBay and  Etsy.  Both sites occasionally have them listed.  I bought mine on eBay - unopened.  Good luck!

YES!  OcOpoly was sold at Donald's Duck Shop in the Gold Coast Mall.  Unfortunately that store is no  longer there.  I would keep checking Ebay in case one comes up for bid.  Other options would be to check the Life Saving Station Museum on the boardwalk  or maybe Sea Shell City on Coastal or the Country Store in Fenwick.
