Ocean City does have restrictions on parking based on vehicle size; check with the Ocean City Police Department by calling them at their non-emergency number, 410.723.6611. The specific parking regulations will depend on the size of the truck.

You will not be able to sell food from your truck without proper state, county, and city permits, and the permitting process is extensive. To find out more about that, contact the City Clerk at 410.289.8824.

Hey Eduardo, as Karl mentioned i'd just call the police department or maybe even city hall to see what kind of permits that you would need to have to operate your food truck and where you would be able to park and serve if able to do so.

I don't believe you will be able to.  The ice cream vendor truck that cruises the beach in the summer is the only food truck allowed and only during the summer months.  But if you have all of the Maryland licenses and  permits to sell in other parts of the state, then I would suggest you check with the Chamber of Commerce for their opinion and advice.

To sell food at any of the events, you need to contact the event organizer.  It is my understanding you cannot just sell food in Ocean City.
