Hey Lisa, You can try the OC Chamber of Commerce at 410-213-0552, Downtown Association 410-289-1413 they should have some kind of list of places to stay for your son and his friends. You can also visit http://www.playitsafeoceancity.com for fun activities going on senior week 2018.

If you want a house or apartment, checkout these two sites. I have no experience with any of these places so I can't tell you anything about them:

Various Condos: http://www.century21newhorizon.com/ocean-city-senior-week.htm

Peaceful bay Apts (on St Louis Street): http://peacefulbay.tripod.com/junegrads.html

Here are some motels will rent to people under 21:

Sahara, 19th Street on the boardwalk with ocean block buildings too. Outdoor pool. A basic motel that will be clean, but will not have lots of amenities. http://www.saharamotel.com/

Tides, 71st Street, outdoor pool, ocean block. A basic motel that will be clean, but will not have lots of amenities. http://www.tidesmotel.com/

Beachmark, 73rd Street, outdoor pool, ocean block. A basic motel that will be clean, but will not have lots of amenities. http://www.beachmarkmotel.com/

These are all good, basic places that I routinely recommend.

Have a fun and safe senior week in OC next June!

You need to ask about check-in and check-out times, property-specific regulations, security deposit requirements, who can sign the rental agreement (do you need someone over 18, 21, 25 to sign the lease). You also need to be aware that many properties have strictly enforced eviction notices in their agreements for violations of noise, alcohol, and other ordinances.

Have fun in OC next June!

Lisa check out the accommodations page.

Just about all hotels will rent to seniors but some have stricter rental policies. For example you may need someone over 25 to sign or a higher than normal security deposit.

There is no one place with all the rental options, but many places rent to seniors - technically they rent to the parents of the seniors.  I just did a search for "Ocean City Senior Week Rentals" and came up with a list of 20 web sites with links to very nice condos or hotels.  Just make sure you let the rental company know you are renting for a group of seniors.  I wish your son the very best during this senior year in High School.
