A friend has some very old scopes and is looking for a way to print out the photos. Is there a way?

Telescope photos are basically slide film, just a bit smaller and without the cardboard frame. The best bet is to do a Google search for places that will scan slides (ideally locally) and see if you can find a place that will do the conversion of these smaller frame-less slides.

We tried to do this a two years ago so I could show my daughters my lovely head of hair and six-pack abs - from 1988.  We were not successful.  You can try a local "dvd-to-video transfer" store to see if technology has progressed.  We even talked to the manager of the scope store and he did not know of a way to do it.  If you find a way, please let me know.
