Hello! I am looking to book a trip in early June and was wondering if you could provide me with some info on the weather and water temperature at this time. Thanks!

Hi Brooke,

expect the air to be warm and the water to be a little cooler.  I recommend that you stay up in north OC as the high school grads nay still be around in the beginning of June and it can get a little hectic.

The weather is beautiful!  Highs in 80's and lows in the 60's.  The water temp is cool.  I wear a wetsuit to swim.  It is perfect beach weather though.  You can lay on the beach all day!

Hey Brooke, it's usually in the 70's and the 80's at that time of year. the water is still kinda chilly in the ocean. i would try and find a place with an indoor pool if possible as the ocean may be too cold to swim in. just a suggestion

Early June is a great time to visit OC, but it is obviously a bit cooler than in July. I hove often been on the OC beach for the day in late May and early June, so unless you get a cold day, you should be able to enjoy the warmth of the sun on the beach. However, the water can be a bit chilly for me then.

In early June, daytime air temperatures are typically in the upper 70s and ocean water temperatures are in generally in the low to mid 60s.

Hi. June is a nice time to visit. The days are usually in the upper 70's to low 80's and the nights can be cool where you  might need a sweater or light jacket.  The ocean water will still be cool but you'll find  many people in the water enjoying it.  It's usually in the upper 60's to low 70's in the water.  And be sure to check and see if any events are going on while you're visiting at http://www.ococean.com/events

Weather in June will have the beach pretty full. The ocean water maybe a little chilly to some but not the kids, they will be in the water. June is a great time to visit.
