Hi Insiders! What other rental agencies besides Coldwell banker and holiday OC are in Ocean City, MD? I've been using Coldwell banker for over 10 yrs but with a tight budget and all the fees its super pricey for a mini week for a family. We are looking for a 2 bedroom( to sleep 6, 2 different families) for June 14-17, 2018 oceanfront with a pool (under $700). Thanks in advance!

That is a tight budget for that week, the location and amenities!  You can also try craigslist, vrbo and frbo for some other booking options.  Prices can be lower since you are dealing directly with the owner.

That is OC Air Show weekend and places are booking fast, so you may have a more difficult time than normal. But it's not impossible.  We've used Holiday Real Estate for years and been very happy, and they have mini weeks available. I would recommend contacting them and working directly with a rental agent. Check them out at http://www.holidayoc.com .

Another option would be VRBO in OC.  https://www.vrbo.com/vacation-rentals/usa/maryland/eastern-shore/ocean-city

There are lots of rental agencies in OC you can see several of them on the OCOcean Accommodations rentals page. I've often used Coldwell, but I have often used Shoreline Properties (800.492.5832) and Vacation Rental By Owner (vrbo.com). I've had good experiences with all of these rental services.

Getting everything you want at this price might be a bit of a challenge. You may want to call an agency and see if talking to an agent will help you find a palace. Since this is early in the season, a vrbo option might be the best bet to fit within your budget, but you may need to wait and book closer to the last  minute when an owner is looking to fill a vacant spot.

I would suggest checking the accommodation page and browse other sites on there for rates.
