What shops stay open in September and if they stay open, what time do they close?
I'm going to assume that maybe you are referring to shops on the board walk. Your major ones will be open on weekends after September and some are open still during the week as long as the weather is nice. The Outlets on Rt 50 are open all year long. I have also stood in line at Thrashers on Thanksgiving weeknd.

I would guess and say 99% of the stores are open in September. It is not until November that you see some closing.
