Hello, my spouse and I will be traveling to OC on jan 28 until the 31 and would like some suggestions regarding having a good time on Saturday and Sunday night. We are a couple in our late 40's and I want to celebrate my spouse birthday out there and make it one she will never forget. Thanks for your help.

Fager's Island would be an excellent choice for dinner and dancing.  They have amazing tables overlooking the water.

Reflections restaurant in the Holiday Inn on 67th St. is a GREAT place to go for a fantastic dinner.  Very romantic, some dishes prepared tableside, and a unique offering of flavors on the menu.  The Lifesaving Museum at the end of the boardwalk has a lot of neat stuff to look and and many artifacts documenting OC's history.  If you go there, be sure to head to Harrison's Harborwatch for lunch; ask for a water-view seat and you will be treated to some beautiful views while you have some delicious seafood for lunch.  Have a great time and I hope your spouse has a happy birthday!

Hi.  I suggest getting an oceanfront jacuzzi suite at the Holiday Inn and Suites on 17th St. Request room 1116.........it's a good one! Bring along a bottle of bubble bath and a good bottle of wine. For dinner, head two blocks down the boardwalk to the Captain's Table inside the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel. Excellent food, lovely setting. Sometime during your weekend, take her to Park Place Jewelers and buy her a Pandora bracelet with Ocean City Charms or a pretty necklace or bracelet with Ocean City significance. And then head over to Ocean Downs Casino for an evening of games.
Have a great time.

As Savas mentioned, Fager's is an excellent choice for dining and dancing. If you want to make it a weekend your wife will never forget, you might also want to consider staying at Fager's. Check out their suites at this link. I surprised my wife with a weekend there a couple years ago and we still remember it fondly.

On Saturday from 1-10p The Pour House downtown on Baltimore Ave. will be having a fundraiser for Ava, the little girl who was injured in a car accident back in December.  They will be hosting some of the best bands from around OC all day! They will also be having prizes/raffles, complimentary appetizers, and happy hour prices all day long!

For dinner, i suggest checking out Liquid Assets on 94th street. They have a great wine selection as well as delicious martinis! Their food can't be beat either. Then when you're done dinner, head next door to Kirby's or go across the street to Bull on the Beach. Enjoy your weekend!
