      • Hi, and Welcome! My 1-BR, 1-BA unit is located at Bradley on the Bay...37th St. and Coastal Hwy. The condo was newly renovated in spring of 2007. My condo features laminate hardwood floors, new carpet, new furniture throughout, as well as new appliances including full size washer and dryer. It sleeps 6 people comfortably with bunk beds in BR as well as a queen size bed. I am located directly on the bay, with boat ramp and boat slip privileges, a block from the Conventon Center and just steps to the beach. The boardwalk is within walking distance of the condo as are restaurants, miniature golf and many other fun activities!....Come check us out!
