Getting Around Ocean City

http://ococean.com/assets/managed/images/the_beach_boardwalk15.jpgThere are an unlimited number of things to see and do in Ocean City, and getting to and from those destinations and attractions is easy, thanks to our many public transportation options.

The Boardwalk Tram

In addition to the excitement and energy of our famous boardwalk, one of the major highlights is our comfortable boardwalk tram. Our tram system can take you and your family the entire length of the boardwalk, which travels from the Inlet to the North Booth at 27th Street. The boardwalk tram makes stops at many locations along the route to load or discharge passengers, and the best part of the half-hour ride is the detour that takes you straight out onto the pier for a breathtaking view of the ocean.

Tram fare is $3 per person, per ride. Discount fares are available; inquire at either tram station or on the tram.

Please note: Tram operation is subject to weather conditions. See the station operators, or call 410-289-5311 or 410-723-1606 for further information.
