Me and Alex were high school sweethearts. I had been going to my Christian school my whole life and then he came in high school. At first I didn't fall into his charms but when he asked me out I decided to give him a chance. We quickly fell in love. He proposed to me on May 2, 2009. I said yes obviously. We both have always loved Ocean City and go there every summer so we decided to have a wedding by the beach. It was wonderful. I am now expecting my first child and I am looking forward to going to the beach with him every summer.

Me and my wife met online at christianmingle.com in Feb 08. My best friend lives in Ocean City so we visit there alot in the summer and winter so this was the perfect spot to get married and also this was our first place to go away together slept different places but still away. Both of us had been married before we both have children mine are 15(boy) and 7(girl) she has a 8 yr old (girl). She had the big wedding and I didn't none of my family was at my first wedding. So we decided to have a small wedding well that didn't happen 75 people later and a wedding party of 14 people it wasn't small. We got married on the beach at the Golden Sands awesome place!!! It started out cloudy but God parted the clouds and it turned out awesome!!! he had steel drums everyone wearing flip flops it was a dream wedding for us both. Then we went up to the 22nd floor in the Golden Sands Atrium with a view that beats any hall I have ever been in and we partied. I'm sooo blessed to have such a beautiful wife and three wonderful kids I'm proud to say they are my family!!! Thanks Eileen at Golden Sands for putting this wonderful party together for us!!!

Mike and I have been together for a little over 5 years before the big day. We discussed where we wanted to get married when that day came so when he proposed to me in April of 2008 on vacation in Florida I immediatly knew that we would get married on the beach. We ended up having about 80 of our friends and faimily come to Ocean city for the big day. We arrived on Thursday to a very rainny ugly Ocean City. It rained so hard that there really was no beach due to the water levels being so high. It finally stopped raining Friday mid-day and by Saturday morning at 6am we were checking out the beach to make sure we could still get married in the sand as we had planned. The sun came up and stayed out just long enough for us to say "I Do", take our pictures and go inside to the reception hall before it started to get cloudy again. It turned out better than what i had pictured. If you are interested in any tips for planning here are my suggestion: Pictures: Seaside Photography Minister: Ocean City's Best Wedding Reception: The Carousel on 117th Street

My husband and I took our 9-month old son with us to Ocean City when we celebrated our second anniversary. As usual, our son had awakened us at 4:00 AM, so we were walking along the boardwalk at sunrise when we saw something we'll never forget.
A couple was getting married right at the water's edge as the sun rose up from the ocean. The bride was wearing a knee-length white gown. Both she and her husband, who was wearing a tux, were barefoot.
The sight was so beautiful, we just stopped on the boardwalk and stared. Maybe it wasn't polite, but we couldn't help ourselves. We just stood there holding hands as the ceremony continued.
At that moment, everything seemed right with the world. It happened more than 10 years ago, but it still seems like yesterday.

Our wedding was completely an Ocean City affair. We held our rehearsal dinner at the Bonfire on 70th Street. Our reception dinner was at Harrison's Harbor Watch. I arranged everything online, so I didn't even meet the minister until the day of the wedding! We only had about 20 guests. On our wedding day, my husband and I walked from our hotel to the Harbor Watch; me in my big white dress and he in his tux. Everywhere along the way, people stopped to congratulate us. It was my dream wedding at our favorite beach. After the ceremony, we walked back to the reception. We stopped at the arcade photo booths to take silly pictures of ourselves. Who else can say they have wedding pictures of themselves stuffed into a little photo booth? All those wonderful memories...

My wife and I feel more at peace on the beach in Ocean City than anywhere else. I am the youngest of 4, my wife the youngest of 5, so our families had seen their share of large weddings. We decided to do a beach wedding, and planned on inviting a small list of family and friends. My wife's parents suffered major health setbacks around the time we planned on getting married, and my mother was confined to a wheelchair. So it seemed our plans were not meant to be. After delaying for 2 years, we decided to have the wedding with just the two of us, on the beach in front of the Hilton, in our barefeet just after sunrise. It is still the best day of my life, and always will be. We also just welcomed our son into the world this past June, and our first trip this summer is, of course, to Ocean City. It is our Home away from Home.

I met my now husband at work and it was definitely love at first sight! We went on one date and were inseparable ever since. After being together for a year we found out I was pregnant! It was a huge surprise to the two of us. He finally proposed on Halloween night when I was about 6 months pregnant. We realized then we wanted to be married before the baby was born. We decided to plan the wedding as fast as possible. We both had always imagined getting married on the ocean. We decided that even though it was fall and we wouldn't have time to wait till the spring that we would still follow our dreams and get married on the ocean. Since we couldn't fly anywhere because I was too pregnant we knew doing it in Ocean City which is only 3 hours from our home would be the best idea. I had no idea where to start so I simply googled Ocean City MD weddings. Rox Enterprises came up as a wedding vendor to help make our wedding perfect. I called Mr. Sean Rox and briefly told him of our vision and he took care of everything. We honestly didn't have to do a thing except pretty much show up on our wedding day. Rox Enterprises set up the most beautiful spot for our wedding, provided the photography, music, and the minister. We ended up getting married at the end of November and they still did it outdoor. We lucked out with the weather and no one would even guess from the pictures that it was pretty much winter. In fact the winter wedding on the beach was amazing because the beach was basically secluded so it seemed like the whole beach was all for us and our wedding! It was the most amazing wedding and we hardly lifted a finger. Our immediate family and closest friends attended and they couldn't believe me pulled it altogether so quickly. We got married in less then a month after getting engaged. It was the most wonderful day of life.
