We understand the concerns regarding your safety while visiting Ocean City and its businesses. The health and safety of Ocean City’s residents, visitors, and employees are our number one priority. We are encouraging each individual to practice social distancing guidelines and adhere to gathering limits. Here are a few ways you can help OCMD ensure that you have a healthy and memorable visit!

Effective Friday, July 31 at 5 p.m everyone over the age of five is required to wear a face coverings in the public spaces of all businesses across the state, as well as in outdoor public areas whenever it is not possible to practice physical distancing. Additionally, Ocean City Mayor Rick Meehan passed a declaration requiring face coverings on the Boardwalk between the hours of 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. for anyone over the age of five. Anyone eating or drinking on the Boardwalk is permitted to temporarily remove his or her mask.
