Step into a decade of the past when you snap your photo in front of the retro SeaLoft Oceanfront Motel mural. In addition to the red, orange, and blue curved lines that make their way across the side of the motel, there is a fun art piece on the side of the building. The larger-than-life van brings charm to the design, and two surfboards emblazoned with “Ocean City” and “Maryland” provide an in-photo geotag to help commemorate your vacation.

On Baltimore Avenue sits a gorgeous mural that sums up a trip to Ocean City in one design. Guests and locals lounge under umbrellas facing the beach, rocking chairs sway in the breeze, a banner plane flies overhead, the ferris wheel spins, seagulls fly on the wind, bikers and walkers make their way up and down the Boardwalk, and kites lazily sway back and forth in the sky. Sunset Spots

When visiting Ocean City, catching a sunrise and sunset combo is a must! OC is unique in that it offers breathtaking waterfront views of both. On either side of our thin little island, photo-worthy rises and sets take place more often than not.

For a morning to remember, head to the beach on any street to capture the sun as it peeks over the horizon and turns the sky into a pink and orange rainbow.

Then, finish out your day at a bayside restaurant to grab a snapshot of an equally stunning sunset. From M.R. Ducks, Mackey’s Bayside Bar & Grill, and Saltwater 75 to The Hobbit , Seacrets, and Liquid Therapy (at Aloft), there are so many sunset-viewing spots to choose from! Pairing great views with delicious food and drinks? A must.
