Sorry, it looks like it might rain, but weather forecasts in OC are notoriously incorrect, so keep your fingers crossed for sun!

It depends where you are leaving from in the Pittsburgh area, but here is an approximation from downtown Pittsburgh and getting on the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76) from I-376 in Monroeville.

I'll assume you are in a regular passenger car and that you are taking I-76 to I-70 to I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) to I-97 to US Route 50 East (to OC).

You have two tolls on the way to OC:

On the PA Turnpike you have a $15.80 toll if using cash or $11.23 if using E-Z Pass.

On Route 50 east you have a $4 on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, but it only applies on the way to OC.

If you are paying cash your eastbound toll cost is $19.80 ($15.23 with E-ZPass) and your westbound toll cost is $15.80 ($11.23 with E-ZPass).

What number street should we look for as we go toward Plim Plaza so we don't go past it? Thanks!

Hey Richard, many of the restaurants and stores stay open year round. it really depends usually after Labor Day some go to a Fall schedule so it all depends on what you're looking for. i'd come and check it out and see.

Hi! I'm interested in finding a job to work at one of the umbrella rental stands in OCMD, but I can't find a lot of information about them. If you could help me, that would be great!

I am looking for a caricature artist in town. I saw one on Boardwalk before but I can’t recall what street or shop. Would you happen to have any recommendations for where I can find one?

There is one on the Boardwalk most nights just below First Street.  He is oceanside.  He does nice work from what I have seen.

Are there any Laundromats near 133rd St or on Fenwick Island? We will be in OCMD for 11 days and our accommodations don't offer a washer or dryer. I only see two near the Inlet online.

There is one on Rt. 54 in Fenwick Island.  It is right next to the Exxon station and Rippons and across from the Walgreens on Rt. 54.

I would call City Hall for guidance -410-289-8221.  As for the Boardwalk, you would have to rent space.

There is plenty of free overnight parking in Ocean City. It starts around 4th Street and runs north.  Most of it is bayside.
