You can take the bus from anywhere along Coastal Highway to Northside Park at 125th Street to see Winterfest. Cost is $3/person to ride the bus all day. Buses arrive at stops about every 40 minutes at this time of year (more often on weekends). Find out more about the bus here and more about Winterfest here.

Yes, the bus run one block from the event.  There is also plenty of free parking should you drive.

You can catch the Beach Bus on Coastal Highway every day and night.  It runs from the most southern to the most northern ends of the town including Northside Park for the Festival of Lights.  The cost is only $3 a person for a ride all day pass.  Hard to beat!

the municipal buses run all year long and will drop you off close to the park on Coastal highway.  It is basically a block away.

Visit Ocean City’s Winterfest of Lights, located at beautiful Northside Park, 125th Street and the bay. This popular, outdoor event is celebrating its 25th year and will put you in the mood for the holiday season! Board the Winterfest Express and prepare to be whisked into a magical land of spectacular lights. This mile-long journey is accompanied by music that can be enjoyed by children of all ages. Sing along while enjoying such displays as the Twelve Days of Christmas, Santa’s Workshop, The Wizard of Oz and an amazing, twinkling Christmas tree. After your ride, visit the Winterfest Pavilion. You can warm up with a hot chocolate while you browse the gift shop. Santa will be available for photos every night through December 23. Winterfest of Lights will also become center stage for Ocean City’s New Year’s Eve celebration including a live DJ, giveaways and fireworks. Advance tickets will be available at Northside Park, 125th and the Ocean City Convention Center, 40th Street during business hours in November and December.

Admission is $5.00 for those 12 years and older, and FREE for those 11 years and younger.
