We are coming to Ocean City last week of June 2019. We have 2 cars, and can only park the one at the hotel. Where are places that we could park the additional car at for 3 days?Submitted by Deborah P, York PA on June 7, 2019
hey deborah, try the library on 100th street. i've done that many times and i've never had a problem. depending on where you are staying there may be side street parking but check for any ordinances before you leave your vehicle.
I suggest parking on one of the side streets north of 10th Street on the ocean side or about 6th Street on the bay side. In most cases, parking is free on those streets. I have parked on such streets frequently for multiple days, but technically you should move your car every 48 hours to avoid it being tagged (and potentially towed) as abandoned. Be sure to check the street signs in the area as some areas have restricted parking hours during certain hours or days to accommodate trash pickup, street cleaning, special events, and similar.
There is normal free street parking along the bayside streets starting around 4th street and heading north.
I've parked at various spots and had no issues just check your street signs for garbage or street cleaning days.
I would also check with the place you are staying. They often have access parking space you can rent or use.
