Where do you think the least crowded beach is in Ocean City?Submitted by Lando N, Philadelphia PA on August 13, 2019
The northern end past 120th St I believe the beach is usually less crowed.
Karl gave you a great answer! The streets above 140th tend to be less crowded as well, due to less street parking and a lower density of homes.
The level of crowd really varies block by block. For example, often because of the Holiday Inn and Sunset Island, it is very crowded at 67th Street, but it is much less crowded at just one block south at 66th Street.
The least crowded areas tend to be areas where there is little residential (hotels, motels, condos, etc.) on the bayside and low-density residential on the ocean side. Some areas that typically less crowded are around 41st to 46th Streets, 50th to 57th Street, and around 126th Street.
OC's beaches are never so crowded that you won't find a spot to sit and spread out you chairs and blanket.
