Ticket Purchases
Buy tickets in person at the Box Office and skip the service fees! A valid ID is required for all credit and debit card transactions.
The Box Office only sells tickets in person and cannot accept phone or email orders. To purchase tickets online, visit ETIX.COM.

Will Call is located at the Box Office. Will Call tickets can be picked up before gates open on the day of the ticketed show. The person whose name is on the account must be present and show their photo ID in order to pick up tickets. The Box Office cannot release tickets to anyone whose name does not appear on the account, and cannot make name changes over the telephone.

Etix.com is the official ticketing service provider for the Performing Arts Center. The venue cannot confirm the validity of tickets from other sources.

Admission for children varies per event, however, generally, children under two years of age are free if sitting on an adult’s lap. Be sure to check with the Box Office regarding specific events.

Accessible seating may be purchased in person at the venue Box Office. Guests purchasing accessible seating may purchase up to one additional tickets for their companion.

Refunds for postponed, rescheduled, or canceled events will be available at your point of purchase for up to 30 days from the date of the announcement.
If you purchased tickets at the venue Box Office and would like a refund for a postponed, rescheduled, or canceled event, you will need to bring the following items:
- Your tickets
- Proof of purchase
- Credit card used to purchase the tickets
If you purchased tickets online via etix.com, please follow Etix.com Refund Guidelines available through their website. The Box Office is NOT able to provide refunds for tickets purchased through Etix.com.

We allow re-entry to all of our events. Tickets must be scanned in and out of the venue. For emergencies or special requests, please speak with a guest services representative prior to leaving the venue during an event.

GENERAL CAMERA/VIDEO POLICY
Each show sets forth its individual guidelines and policies which the Performing Arts Center must adhere to. As a rule, small personal and disposable cameras (NO detachable lenses or professional cameras) are allowed. GoPro, iPads, and Selfie Sticks are NOT allowed. Please call ahead to confirm each show’s audio, video, and camera policy.
PROFESSIONAL CAMERAS & RECORDING EQUIPMENT
Professional cameras with interchangeable lenses or any recording equipment are NOT allowed without prior permission from the artist or venue.
FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY
Flash photography can be disruptive to the performer and other concert-goers. Therefore, flash photography is prohibited. Please adjust your camera’s settings to work better in low-light conditions. If you must take a photo, do so quickly and discreetly to avoid disrupting others around you.
RESPECT THE ARTIST’S WISHES
Some artists may have specific rules or requests regarding photography and recording during their concerts. Follow their wishes to show respect for their art and creative process. Some artists may ask that no photos or videos be taken, while others only allow it during certain songs, or parts of the show.

Are outside food and beverages allowed?
No, outside food and beverages are not allowed.
Can I purchase food and beverages at the theatre?
Yes, concessions, including light snacks, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are available usually one hour before performances and during intermissions.

We love pets, but only service animals are allowed in the Performing Arts Center. We appreciate your understanding.

We are a smoke free building, smoking is permitted in designated areas outside of the building.

Ticket scalpers and brokers are not recognized ticketing agents of the Performing Arts Center and the validity of these tickets is not guaranteed. Purchasing tickets from any source other than Etix.com or the venue Box Office is done so at the buyer's risk.
Any concert attendee who, knowingly or unknowingly, gains entry using invalid tickets will be subject to eviction without compensation. Guests are welcome to purchase replacement tickets based upon availability.
The Performing Arts Center is not responsible for any tickets purchased by a third-party vendor.
