Also included in Midtown South is Ocean City's Roland E. Powell Convention Center and Performing Arts Center. Featuring hundreds of events each year, along with Broadway Shows and concerts, Midtown South offers the perfect location for anyone who wants to do more than the beach and boardwalk. If you are a foodie who likes to have fun, this district is where you need to be! 

Midtown North is a simple left-hand turn when arriving by the famous Route 90 Bridge. With a few mini-golf courses and family attractions, this district has less hustle and bustle than the downtown areas; however, it's perfect for those visitors looking for more time to unwind. This district is trendy and family-friendly, with unique restaurants like Ropewalk, Longboard, Hooked, Liquid Assets and The Hobbit.

Welcome to Condo Row, where beachfront rentals are bountiful, and vacationers can relish the amenities of high-rise living in OCMD. Still only a short drive or bus ride to the Boardwalk, condo row offers the true feeling of living at the beach. With nearby grocery stores and the Gold Coast Mall, Condo Row is an excellent fit for any vacationer who wants to relax on the beach with a good book or build sand castles with the kids, all while listening to the waves crash. 

The most Northern district of Ocean City is the quintessential spot for families and friends seeking a stay away from the commotion of the south end. Uptown offers the hidden gem of Ocean City, Northside Park, which boast 58 acres of multipurpose space, including softball/baseball fields, a lighted soccer field, playground, picnic shelter, two piers, over 1 mile of walking/jogging paths and a state of the art outdoor exercise area. If you are looking for a bit of action but want to avoid the trek Downtown, the Uptown district has multiple mini-golf courses, Game World and Alley Oops.
